Pre-Buy Program

This is our long standing “A Piece of the Tank” program.  The traditional way to control your heating oil cost is to pre-buy: You purchase the heating oil you need in advance, locking in the price. This contract will run from September 1, 2012 to April 30, 2013. Pre-buying your oil for the winter heating season instead of the entire year will allow you to benefit from the traditionally lower summer retail prices, as well as reducing the number of gallons you will purchase, reducing the amount of money you need to come up with in advace.

Price Protection

This is optional downside protection on your Pre-Buy Sales Agreement. This will allow you to receive our retail credit price if it is lower than your pre-buy price. “Price Protection” must be purchased when you sign your pre-buy program contract.

Price Cap Budget Program

You are protected whether prices rise or fall! You pay the lower of the “Cap Price” or our retail credit price on the day of delivery. To participate in this program an additional per gallon “cap” fee is required. You pay one-third of the maximum cost at contract signing and spread the remaining balance due over nine months. Payments start August 10, 2012.

Budget Program

Although this plan does not offer price protection, it provides the benefit of always knowing how much money to pay each month and allows you to stretch out your heating costs for 10 months. Payments start July 10, 2012.
